Documents required for Visitor Visa for Business purpose for Pakistani nationals or Pakistani nationals holding dual nationality:

1. Sponsorship Certificate* (duly attested by the Authorised Officer in India) taking responsibility for the bonafides and good conduct of the Pakistani national;

2.Antecedents/Bonafides certificate issued by Foreign Office of the Government of Pakistan in Canada duly certifying the character and antecedents of the Pakistani national AND Police Clearance from Canada;

3.Copy of income tax returns/audited accounts for last two years as proof of financial standing;

4.Copy of NADRA card along with English translation clearly indicating the address;

5.Letter from the company/firm in Canada giving details of the applicant, his/her designation and the purpose of the visit;

6.Copy of Membership certificate of any Chamber of Commerce of Canada;

7.Letter of invitation from any registered Indian company/firm clearly indicating the city to be visited and the duration of the visit;

8.Copy of Letter of Credit/correspondence with the registered company/firm in India;

9.In case of participation in or visiting a trade/business exhibition/fair in India, details of the nature of participation and a copy of the invitation from the exhibition/fair authorities or Federation/Chamber concerned.
