66th Republic Day celebrations at CGI, Vancouver

The 66th anniversary of the Republic Day of India was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor by Indian diaspora and friends of India today.

Acting Consul General Shri Amar Jit Singh unfurled the national flag at the Consulate on 26th January 2015. After singing of National Anthem, the Acting Consul General read out President’s message and addressed the gathering. This was followed by a live cultural programme. Around 200 NRIs and PIOs attended the event. Refreshments were served
